A second trolley, the "Commodore Stephen Decatur," travels hourly from the downtown Severns Transportation Center, west on Main Street through the city's historic district to Millikin University. There is a nominal fee of 50 cents to ride the Millikin trolley, money well-spent to view the magnificent historic homes and picturesque streetscape along the route. The trolleys are operational from 8 AM until 10 PM.
